Patrick held senior executive roles in hotel operations in 4 continents gaining valuable experience Resort Development and Asset management. 
 

He is considered to be a leading authority on hotel Openings & Operations and has sat on various boards in International communities in the hospitality Industry. 
 

Patrick promotes industry insight through hospitality gatherings both in Asia & Australia. 

Before founding La Claire Group in 2015, he worked with recognised hotel companies such as Versace ( Australia), Alila ( Jakarta), Hyatt (Australia ) Rotana, Shangri-La ( Philippines ), The Intercontinental Group, The Berkeley ( London ), The Carlton Tower & The Ritz Hotel London. 

 

Having now been personally responsible for opening 6 new hotels and designing & remodelling over 80 restaurants 
worldwide to date, he appreciates a client’s goals and translates their perceptions into a successful winning concept that has earned Patrick a stellar reputation resulting in the loyal client base.

Simon Dunn /Bali

 

Chief Finance Officer 

Simon Dunn has been based in Bali for over 17 years most of his time being spent as Financial Controller for Boutique Resorts in Bali and Lombok.

 

Other roles have included financial consulting  for over 30 companies ,These include hotels, villas, real estate Diving resorts, laundry company ,restaurants , etc.

His expertise is financial modelling ROI forecasting for large developments and cost reduction in resorts to increase GOP

He began his professional experience in the year 2000.

Starting in London then to Edinburgh which included an award winning kitchen showroom in the heart of the city.

his return in London has saw him work at prestigious firms such as Atelier One and Make architects.

It was at the latter where he was able to apply a wide range of skills and meet the challenges of managing the design of high profile and very progressive architecture.

This included the selection of wide scale dynamic office buildings and a number of residential projects from high bespoke homes to major housing developments

Wibowo/Bali

Wibowo is responsible for ensuring all operations comply with local Labor & Government regulations, obtaining operational licenses and maintaining relationships & communications with Government offices and relevant authorities.
 

Wibowo has more than 11 years in Human Resources that includes being Head of Human Resources at the State-Owned Enterprises, working with The Sintesa Jimbaran to set the opening requirements for Human Resources & General Affairs, working in collaboration with Owners and Management Team to ensure compliance with all Government regulations.
 

In 2016, Wibowo was Corporate Human Resources Manager in charge of The Crystal Bay Resort, Kimono Hotel, and several restaurants, subsidiaries of PT. Crystal Land Jakarta.
Wibowo graduated from Brawijaya University Malang with a Master's degree in Human Resources and obtained a Professional Human Resources certificate. He is also a health and occupational safety  expert with a certificate from the Indonesian republic labor ministry.

Manfred Preisenberger / Australia 


Manfred has over 35 years professional experience in the international hotel industry and held senior executive 
positions with major hotel  corporations in 13 different countries spread over 4 continents.

 

He was developing the concept, branding and positioning of major hotels and resorts in Australia and overseas and was responsible for the turn-key fit out and pre-opening management of 9 luxurious hotels and resorts.
 

Among others he opened the world’s first Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast as the CEO of the Owner’s Management 
Company and as the Opening General Manager.
Manfred is now based on the Gold Coast Australia and is available for openings and managing of upmarket hotels 
and resorts on the GOLD COAST or BRISBANE AREA.
